Задание 11
Read the text and mark the statements as True (T), False (F), or Not Stated (NS). Life in Two Worlds My name is Eva, and I have a rather unusual life. My family lives in a small village in the mountains, but I go to a specialized art school in the nearest city. This means I spend my weeks in a bustling urban environment and my weekends in the peaceful countryside. My Monday morning starts very early. I have to take a local bus from my village to the train station. The journey through the mountains is beautiful, especially in winter. The train ride to the city takes about two hours. I use this time to do my homework or just sleep. During the week, I live in a small apartment with my aunt. I really enjoy the city. There are always new exhibitions to see, and I can easily meet my friends after school because the public transport is so convenient. There are cinemas, cafes, and libraries everywhere. However, by Friday, I am always tired of the noise and the crowded streets. I look forward to going back home. When I get off the train on Friday evening, the air already smells different — fresh and clean. At home, we have a big garden, and we grow our own vegetables. On weekends, I often go for long walks in the forest with my dog. Nothing can beat the peace and quiet of the countryside. Sometimes I miss my city life on weekends, but I enjoy having the best of both worlds. 1. Eva lives in the city all the time because of her school. 2. The train journey from her village to the city is short. 3. Eva thinks the public transport in the city is very good. 4. Eva's parents live with her in the city apartment. 5. Eva enjoys the fresh air and quiet atmosphere of the countryside. 6. Eva has a pet in the village. 7. Eva wants to move to the city permanently in the future.
